Seastead Heating & Cooling is a full service commercial & residential heating, ventilating and air conditioning company. We design, install, service and maintain all makes and models furnaces, boilers and air conditioning  systems as well as commercial rooftop units, chillers and indoor air quality systems. Our mechanics are certified and trained to service and install high-efficiency Energy Star equipment and are factory dealers for Bryant, Carrier, Rheem, Quietside, Weil-McLain and Utica products.

Seastead Heating & Cooling has been serving central and upstate New York for the past 16 years with offices in Syracuse and Baldwinsville. We are licensed with the City of Syracuse and are certified to the New York State Boiler & Fire Codes. We also hold New York State Certifications through the NYSERDA and BPI Certification Programs as well as Federal Universal Refrigeration licensing.

As a New York State NYSERDA Energy Star Contractor we sell and service high-efficiency Energy Star equipment which saves you money while increasing comfort.

Energy Star Incentives:
As a certified participating contractor in the NYSERDA New York Energy Smart Program we are able to offer our customers low interest financing, 50% grant subsidies, and/or 10% cash payback incentives on all Energy Star equipment purchased and installed though this program.
